Christianna, a Toronto native, has passionately pursued her education, achieving an Honours Bachelor's in Psychology from York University and a Master's in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy from the esteemed Ontario Institute of Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. Her commitment is further underscored by her registration with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists (SKCP), College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and active membership in the Canadian Psychological Association.

Her roots in Toronto have gifted her with invaluable experience, allowing her to connect with a diverse array of individuals and extend support across a spectrum of complex concerns. From grappling with the challenges of homelessness to addressing mood complexities, various types of trauma, gender-based violence, and more, Christianna's hands-on involvement showcases her dedication.

As an advocate for mental health, she's embarked on a mission to enrich the lives of Saskatchewan's residents through her empathetic and effective psychotherapy services. Her approach is an intricate tapestry of therapeutic techniques, artfully weaving together Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), the narrative's power in therapy, the insights of Somatic Psychotherapy, the emotional resonance of Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and the depth of Psychodynamic Therapy.

At the heart of her practice lies a commitment to trauma-informed care, ensuring every session is a haven of trust and understanding. Clients direct the journey, and her non-judgmental, intersectional, and culturally sensitive approach crafts a safe space for healing and growth.

Why registration matters.

Registered psychologists are regulated professionals who are licensed to provide therapeutic services in a designated jurisdiction(s)/province(s). As such, registered psychologists at Elpi are held accountable for their services, through rigorous training, continuing education requirements, and oversight by the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists (SKCP), College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and Canadian Psychological Association (CPA).
